Costume orders will be due Monday, December 6, 2004.
A $45.00 deposit is required for each costume ordered. (Boys do not pay costume deposit.) The balance is due when you pick up the costume(s). All accounts must be paid in full before costumes will be released. We try hard to hold costume prices to a minimum. The average price for XS-S-M child size costumes is $52.75 and the average price for LC-SA-MA-LA size costumes is $61.19 (tax included).
Absolutely NO costumes for recital will be ordered without a parent signature.
