As usual, there will be two shows each day:
Saturday June 8:

Recital tickets will go on sale Saturday April 20th, at 1:00 pm. Recital is June 8 and 9, at Madison East High School. All tickets are reserved seating. Everyone, including dancers, must have a ticket to enter the theater and see the show. NOTE: Children 2 & under need no ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap.
Tickets are available online only at: ‘https://www.danceticketing.com//27793‘. Go to the site select your show, then select Main Floor or Balcony and pick your seat. You MUST print your ticket for admission, we do not accept electronic copies.
Tickets will be $12 each, but we are running an ‘Early Bird’ special for two weeks, April 20 to May 4! During that time, tickets will be $10 each.
We encourage you to purchase tickets ahead of time as there is limited capacity in the theater.
This is an every other year opportunity and there is a student age limit. Don’t wait, sign up now, space is limited! !

Born in London, England, Suavé has had the opportunity to perform and work with many different artists, groups and companies all over the world.
Suavé created the Hip Hop ConnXion, Hip Hop Force and Future Force dance troupes with the goal of developing talent and spreading a positive message to kids and adults in all communities through dance. He has also formed branches of the Hip Hop ConnXion in Chicago, Michigan and Indiana. The HHC has taken the highest honors at all levels, notably bringing home the Varsity Gold and Adult Silver medals in the 2006 USA Championships, and the Varsity Silver medal in the 2006 World Championships.
Suavé was one of the original members of Culture Shock-Chicago in 1998 and has appeared in various music videos and movies such as, Walt Disney’s ‘Just Visited’ with Christina Applegate, and as a specialist dancer in the hit movie, ‘SAVE THE LAST DANCE’. He was also hired as a dance coordinator as well as featured as a dancer and teacher in the movie, ‘DREAMS’ which he worked beside Dave Scott whose credits include ‘U Got Served’, ‘Stomp The Yard’ and ‘Step Up 3’.
He was the dance coordinator for one of the world’s biggest DJ’s, Bad Boy Bill, at the 2002 B96 Summer B-bash and performed in front of 60,000 people alongside artists such as P-Diddy, Nelly and Ja Rule. Suavé is also a performance coach to both movie stars, actors and recording artists having worked with talent such as Roshon Fegan from the television show , “Shake It Up” and the hit movie, “Camp rock” both from Disney, Jessy Schram (look her up on imdb.com for her credits) and upcoming singing sensation, Adero.
Suavé guest choreographs at numerous schools and universities and teaches hip hop master classes and workshops in the USA in states such as LA, Florida, Atlanta and much more. He has also been hired to teach around the world in countries such as Norway, China, Colombia, Ireland and England. At present he also guest instructs and judges for competitions in Illinois and overseas.
As the creator and producer of the largest annual urban dance showcase in Illinois called THE ONE, alongside producing other major dance shows, Suavé has established himself as one of the most respected leaders in the hip hop industry in the state and in the country.
Suavé has a unique style of teaching, personality, and versatility to work with all ages and skill levels, which has led him to be known as one of the best teachers in Chicago.

Biography: Cesar G. Salinas, originally from Portland, Oregon, is Artistic Programs Manager for Giordano Dance Chicago. He began his formal studies in dance with Zohar School of Dance, under the direction of Ehud Krauss in Palo Alto, CA. There he was introduced to the classic jazz styles of Gus Giordano, Luigi, and Matt Mattox. He moved to Oregon where he studied at Willamette Ballet Academy under Deborah Higginbotham. Cesar went on to further his training at the University at Buffalo, where he graduated with a BFA in Dance. He received a scholarship to the Giordano Dance School in Chicago, IL, in 2004 and 2005. From 2006 until 2011, Cesar joined the Giordano Dance Chicago as a full company member performing throughout the United States and Europe. During his tenure, he was proud to be a part of GJDC’s educational outreach program, teaching science and health dance classes to 4th and 5th grade students in underserved public schools in Chicago. Cesar was honored to be on the cover of Dance Magazine (August 2007) and to teach at the Jazz Dance World Congress in 2007, 2009, and 2012. In 2013, he was chosen as a soloist for BalaSole Dance Company performing “Hunted” in New York City’s Alvin Ailey Citigroup where he received rave reviews, “richly physical performance that drew the audience’s unfettered enthusiasm” – Philip Gordon. Cesar recently toured the world with Royal Caribbean cruise lines as a performer in the Broadway production of Saturday Night Fever as well as an aerialist. Cesar is an adjudicator for the elite dance competition, World-Class Talent Experience and is on Master Faculty for the sister workshop, AMBITION. Cesar is a certified teacher in the Giordano Technique at the Basic, Beginning, and Intermediate Levels of the Nan Giordano Certification Program® (NGCP®). He currently teaches master classes and workshops, as well as choreographs for schools across the country.
